You submit a link to a video, either of another speaker or of yourself. Complete, unedited footage is considerably more useful to us than a compilation of selected moments.
An independent national search
We are searching for the next Charlie Kirk.
Submit a video of a speaker who carries forward Charlie Kirk's approach to open public debate. You may nominate another person or submit a video of yourself. Speakers whose submissions stand out are featured, invited to interview, and invited to debate.
There is no cost to submit, and self-nominations are welcome.
Our mission
Continuing a proven approach to public debate.
Charlie Kirk established a consistent and repeatable practice: appear in a public setting, invite questions from those who disagree most strongly, address the most difficult challenge first, and return to do it again. This was a disciplined method rather than a matter of personality, and a method can be studied, taught, and continued by others.
Finding Charlie exists to carry that approach forward and to identify the speakers already practicing it. Many of them hold open question-and-answer sessions on a single campus, before modest audiences, without recognition beyond the room in which they speak.
We hold no official position and claim no authority. We are an independent group that believes these conversations should continue, and we have chosen to conduct an organized search rather than wait for the next speaker to emerge on their own.
Faith
The conviction that a person's beliefs should be able to withstand direct examination by those who do not share them, and that a life is built on what one is prepared to defend in public.
Freedom
Open debate as the means by which a free people resolve disagreement: conducted in public, on the record, and without a moderator determining who may speak.
Family
The understanding that character is formed at home before it is formed anywhere else, and that the health of a society follows from the health of its households.
America's future
Engaging people where they already gather, and building durable institutions and enterprises designed to outlast their founders rather than depending on institutional permission.
How the process works
What happens after you submit.
This is a search rather than a competition. There is no entry fee and no prize. The purpose is to bring capable speakers to the attention of people who are actively looking for them.
Review
Every submission is reviewed by a member of our team. We assess three qualities: whether questions were genuinely unscreened, whether the audience was one that disagreed, and whether the speaker maintained composure under pressure.
Recognition
Submissions that stand out are featured on our channels, and the speakers in them are invited to sit for a recorded interview. Nothing is published without the consent of the person appearing in the video.
Debate
The strongest ten percent of those who submit are invited to debate one another before a live audience. These debates are the culmination of the search.

The video link and the confirmation at the bottom of the form are required. Everything else is optional. Self-nominations receive the same consideration as any other submission.

Help us reach the speakers we have not yet found.
The speakers this search is intended to identify are, by definition, not yet widely known. They are far more likely to be recognized by someone who has attended one of their events than to be discovered through a public search. Sharing this page with people in your community is the most effective way to help.
